I went a little off sketch for this week’s Pals Paper Arts Challenge. I love layouts that have trios! For this card, I stamped images from the Weather Together on to Pop of Pink designer series paper and Smokey Slate card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (my personal favorite black). I popped up the cropped images using Dimensionals.
Thank you for stopping by!
I had fun playing with the new Seaside Shore stamp set featured in the new Stampin’ Up! annual catalog.
The bright Melon Mambo stripes are one of the great bold patterns from Pop of Pink designer series paper. I paired it with Bermuda Bay. The little swimmer sits on top of textured Whisper White card stock which I ran through my Big Shot using the Seaside TIEF (Textured Impressions Embossing Folder). I added a little bling using Rhinestones Basic Jewels. I stamped one of the cute sentiments from Greatest Greetings.
Thanks for stopping by my paper therapy blog!
Happy stamping and hugs, M.
Hello Stampers! Last night we celebrated one of my stamper’s (and dear friend’s) retirement from a 37 year career as a nurse. To help encourage Terry’s love of stamping, more Stampin’ Up! toys, I mean tools, were added to her inventory.

I found this fabulous gift bag for her, which perfectly coordinates with a few of the Stampin’ Up! colors: Pool Party, Watermelon Wonder, Pear Pizazz, Peekaboo Peach.
I made a 4×4 gift bag tag using the Flower Patch stamp set and coordinating Flower Fair Framelits. I brushed a little Wink of Stella on a few of the cropped elements. The sentiment is from the Watercolor Wishes card kit.
I made a “scrappy” little card for this week’s color challenge: literally…made from scraps. It’s therapeutic for me to use up those odds and ends pieces from my chaotic little collection of card stock bits. I placed two hearts cropped from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlets on top of strips of Pool Party, Island Indigo. and Whisper White card stock. I added a sentiment from the Layering Love stamp set (fabulous fonts). The sentiment sits on a scalloped square from Layering Squares Framelits.
I placed the base layers of card stock off kilter to complement the haphazard strips of color. Thank you for visiting my blog! Hugs M!
